At Kardinia Osteopathic Clinic we conduct floor mat pilates classes with a maximum of 7 people per class. These small classes allows us to closely monitor participants ensuring correct technique is followed. Classes are tailored to the groups needs to ensure our participants are performing appropriate exercises.
Classes are conducted at our Lara clinic where we have a spacious exercise rehabilitation room. These classes run for 45 minutes and all ages and abilities are welcome. So give it a try and get ready to challenge the way you perceive movement!
To attend these classes you do not have to be a current client of the clinic.
