Darrell is a qualified Osteopath with over twenty years experience as a practitioner and is the founder of the Kardinia Osteopathic Clinic. He has a structural approach to osteopathy with an emphasis on soft tissue work and joint manipulation and also practices Dry Needling, elctro dryneedling and is resident expert in Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy and focused shockwave therapy.  He enjoys working with all sorts of patients and conditions.

Darrell has done multiple courses in Shockwave Therapy and likes to incorporate this into his regular treatment for treating a number of chronic tendon issues including plantarfasciitis, achilles, patella, gluteal, elbow and shoulder tendinopathies. He has also done various courses in strength and conditioning to enable him to help with the rehabilitation of these conditions.  

Through his university days Darrell was a middle distance runner at the National level and is adept at recognising and treating running injuries.  
 
He has practiced in Geelong since 2003, initially working under the banner of ‘Pakington Street Osteopathy’. During his time in Geelong he has worked with various sporting clubs including the Geelong Football Club.

Before coming to Geelong he was fortunate enough to work with well known Melbourne Osteopath Graeme Rhodes in Ascot Vale, where he honed his osteopathic skills.

In his spare time Darrell enjoys spending time surfing, going to the gym, running and spending time with his wife Kylie and their two boys Jack and Max.
